CCECJ aims to create a sense of belonging to an environmental and climate justice movement. We meet every two months to exchange information on the coalition’s products and activities, listen to guest speakers and share all relevant information relating to environmental justice.

The CCECJ provides anti-racism training delivered by coalition members.

The CCECJ offers BIPOC youth the chance to get a foothold in the environment and climate change sector by providing mentoring and training opportunities, and by sending selected young people to the COP.

The CCECJ supports projects and campaigns developed by other organizations and initiatives in a variety of ways.

The CCECJ intends to organize an annual environmental and climate justice symposium, offering the opportunity to learn from BIPOC keynote speakers and lecturers.
